CR 16A & Timberwolf Trail Intersection Improvements
The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Bidders for the construction and improvement of CR 16A and Timberwolf Trail Intersection. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, and equipment required in the contract documents. This project includes but not limited to widening and reconstruction of roadway, milling and resurfacing, sidewalk connectivity, drainage improvements, pavement markings, signage, and associated utility and restoration work.
This project shall be in accordance with the FY 2025-2026 edition of the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the FDOT Design Standards and Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (“MUTCD”).
Pre-bid conference: NON-MANDATORY There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST in the Public Works Main Conference Room at the St. Johns County Public Works Department, 2750 Industry Center Road, St. Augustine FL 32084.
The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.
