The County of Sacramento, Department of General Services at the request of the Department of Technology (“DTech”) in concert with the County Clerk Recorder’s office is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to gather current market information for a County Clerk Recorder Notification solution. The County seeks to review off the shelf solutions that fit the requirements found in the document titled "2026-RFI-0105 Email Security Capabilities Matrix" located in the Vendor Submissions tab of this RFI.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (“RFI”) ONLY. This RFI is being issued solely for informational and planning purposes – it does not constitute a formal solicitation (RFB, RFP etc.) or a promise to issue a formal solicitation in the future. This request for information does not commit the County of Sacramento to contract for any supply or service.
Responders are advised that the County will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Response to this RFI is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for responding to a future solicitation, if any are issued. Proposals submitted in response to any subsequent solicitation will be evaluated on their own merit, with no advantage or disadvantage resulting from this RFI.
