The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualification from Respondents licensed as a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida to perform Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) Services for the Northwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion, located at 10275 Saint Johns Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualification from Respondents licensed as Certified General Contractors in the State of Florida to perform Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) Services for the Northwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion, located at 10275 Saint Johns Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092. The CMAR is responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of construction of the Northwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion project.

The project shall be divided into two

  1. phases as identified within the solicitation: Pre-Construction Phase Services Construction Phase Services.

Bid bond: No

The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.
