UNLV is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk ("CMAR") to provide preconstruction and construction services for the UNLV December 6 Healing Garden Project.
The Project will create a permanent memorial garden on the UNLV campus honoring the three UNLV colleagues who lost their lives and the critically injured survivor of the tragic shooting on the UNLV campus on December 6, 2023.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Inspection will not be held for this solicitation. This site is publicly accessible and may be visited at your discretion, no prior approval will be required. UNLV reserves the right to request a Pre-Proposal Meeting or Site Inspection at a later date.
Parking & Transportation Services and the university police are authorized to enforce the parking rules and regulations. The university police have the additional duty to enforce federal, state, and municipal laws on all UNLV property in accordance with the provisions of NRS 396.325 (https://www.unlv.edu/parking).
