Conservation Department Equipment Barn Renovation 2026

The Town of Lincolns Conservation Department is soliciting written responses from qualified contractors for roof replacement and exterior repairs to the Conservation Departments equipment barn located at 64 Sandy Pond Rd in Lincoln, MA 01773. Contractors shall provide labor and materials for general structural repairs and exterior envelope maintenance, and provide disposal of debris generated during the course of work. Prevailing wages apply and are included in the bid specifications.

Pre-bid conference: A site visit will be held on Wednesday October 7, 2026 from 9am at the Conservation Departmentâ??s equipment barn located at 64 Sandy Pond Rd in Lincoln, MA 01773. Attendance at this walk-through is strongly encouraged.
