Code Enforcement Special Magistrate
St. Johns County (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys, licensed in the State of Florida, to be appointed as the County’s Code Enforcement Special Magistrate with authority to conduct hearings, make findings of facts, and if warranted, impose administrative fines and other non-criminal penalties to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective, and inexpensive method of enforcing certain codes and ordinances in force within the County where a pending or repeated violation continues to exist. Services must be performed in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes.
The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document.
