This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). Approved sources are: Johnson Controls Navy Systems, LLC (66935) P/N 025-41888-000 Hersey Measurement Co Div of Miller Industries (09550) P/N 60380G524N REV GG The Government required delivery is 285 days, and the item will be shipped to the government stock location at San Joaquin, CA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin (FDT applies).

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and small business participation factors.
