Bottled Drinking Water

The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit bids from qualified firms to establish a multi-year Statewide Contract as follows:

DESCRIPTION: Bottled Drinking Water CONTRACT TERM: Three

  1. years, with two
  2. one
  3. year extension options.

DELIVERY/SERVICE AREA LOCATIONS: The service area is divided into six

  1. regions, and each region includes multiple counties as listed in Attachment 4 ¿ List of Regions for Delivery.

METHOD OF AWARD: Award will be made by individual region, and separately for each group within that region to the responsible Bidder with the lowest cost.

AVAILABLE FOR USE BY: State of California departments and available for use by participating local agencies, other states, and local agencies in other states.
