ALL attending members must submit this package. After the mandatory pre-bid site walk meeting, the County will organize days/times for the contractor sign in and view unredacted Bid Set, which is to be used as the basis of bid. The redacated plans provided for the 9/24/26 site walk are understood to be an exhibit only.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.

Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County.

The work to be performed under this contract includes replacement of existing legacy heating and ventilation equipment controllers with modern counterparts in existing HVAC building control panels. In general, the existing electrical cabinets, field devices and field device wiring is to be reused. Uninterruptable power supply backup devices are to be installed at each controller.

New IT drops to the cabinets are to be installed.
