The project consists of addressing existing structural deterioration caused by moisture infiltration at the aquatic facility, which includes implementing corrective ventilation measures to safeguard the infrastructure against future recurrence. Contractor License B is required, as well as any additional specialty license for Prime/Subcontractors performing specific scopes of work such as C-1 or C-1f and C-2 or C-2a.

PRE-BID MEETING

This project will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting September 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the front of the Aquatic Facility located at 841 N. Roop St. in Carson City, NV.
