Acquisition By Lease - UNC Greensboro - Student Off-Campus Housing

UNC Greensboro wishes to acquire by lease approximate net usable square feet required, which shall be adequate to house approximately 50 to 100 students. Rooms arranged in continguous blocks will be preferred. UNCG may consider leasing from more than one landlord to meet the minimum requirement for beds.
